TERMS & CONDITIONS:
(1) *Additional charge of $20/day for each extra person over 2 years of age.
(2) A Minimum Stay Policy of 5 nights is required.
"Special Offer through November 30th 2009!" 10% off each night stayed PLUS (at Apt. 120 only) stay a week and get the 8th day free! We want you to enjoy Maui and our unit right up until plane time!"
(3) A $350 deposit is required before a reservation can be confirmed.
(4) Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
(5) Cancellation: Within 90 days of arrival date—forfeit deposit. Prior to 90 days of arrival time—$75 handling fee, the rest of the deposit refunded.
(6) Credit Cards: Initial Deposit can be made by check or by VISA or MasterCard. Balance of prepayment may be paid with Visa or MasterCard.
(7) CHECK IN TIME: 2 p.m. CHECK OUT TIME: 11 a.m.
(8) Mid-stay maid service is provided for stays of 10 days or more. Weekly maid service is provided for stays of 3 weeks or more.
(9) Rollaway beds or crib and high-chair can be rented. Advance notice is required.
(10) Rates do not include a 4.167% State GE Tax & 7.25% Transit Accommodations Tax.

CHECK AVAILABILITY:
Please fill out the Availability Form. Your contact information and desired dates will be submitted to the Rental Manager at Hale Kai. If no space is available at Apt.120, the manager will be happy to accommodate you at another Hale Kai apartment, (though I admit I'm very partial to this one!).
